Putting the "Funny" in "SFF": A Bunch of Dorks Show Wanton Disregard for the Rules of Grammar
I recently had the great honor of hosting a panel for TBRCon2023, which we regrettably titled, "Putting the 'Funny' in 'SFF' Colon: Subtitle: A Bunch of Dorks Show Wanton Disregard for the Rules of Grammar in a Desperate Bid for Laughs"
Desperate doesn't even begin to describe it, my friends. Perhaps the highlight was when I asked them who would play them in the TV adaptation of the movie version of their writing careers, which led to this dumpster fire of a promotional image.
But, it was amazing to have the opportunity to chat with some incredibly funny and talented writers and storytellers, including K.R.R. Lockhaven, G.M. Nair, Quenby Olson and David Wragg. Do yourself a favor--go buy their books. You'll thank them. And me!
